Accuracy
Although every attempt is made to ensure the stock displayed on our website is in the warehouse ready for distribution, occasionally this is not always the case due to our manual stock adjustment process. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our online transactions, certain elements are beyond our control. Prices, special offers and availability of product that have been advertised are subject to change without notice.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Motorcycles R Us has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Motorcycles R Us has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged.
If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Motorcycles R Us shall immediately issue a refund via the payment method used to make the purchase.
Product images may not always be an exact representation of the listed product.
Product titles and descriptions are generally sourced from the Australian importers of the product.
For example: gloss black helmets may be described by the importer as black.
Marketing
By ordering or registering on the Motorcycles R Us website you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails.
From time to time, we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing communications or contacting our Customer Service team and we will remove you from marketing communications.
We do not share, sell or exchange any customer contact information with other companies excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Any item which is to be returned to Motorcycles R Us will only be accepted when approval has been granted by Motorcycles R Us and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number has been generated.
Motorcycles R Us reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the return does not meet the guidelines of an RMA.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Motorcycles R Us reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Delivery Standards
Motorcycles R Us will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receiving the order and endeavour to deliver all orders within 3-15 business days from receipt of order.
Motorcycles R Us will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Motorcycles R Us will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Motorcycles R Us will notify you as soon as possible.
Once payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped. All orders will have a delivery tracking number to ensure safe delivery and are subject to the freight company's timings and terms and conditions.
Incorrect Details Supplied
Please note that acceptance of your order implies that we will fulfil your order within the time specified in the Delivery Standards. The following situations are exceptions:
If you supply incorrect payment or delivery details, Motorcycles R Us will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that you have provided.
If your supplied contact details are incorrect however, Motorcycles R Us will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case.
Prices
All prices listed on the Motorcycles R Us website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are charged in Australian Dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Motorcycles R Us sets the price based on the Recommended Retail price which in most cases is set by the Australian importer.
Motorcycles R Us is under no obligation to use the Recommended Retail price and may sell at any price it chooses.
All prices apply to purchases made online only.
Cancelled/Declined Orders
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Motorcycles R Us can accommodate order cancellations.
If items have been shipped, Motorcycles R Us reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service. We also reserve the right to cancel an order and/or to place a stop on online orders if:
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through the Motorcycles R Us website can only be redeemed through the Motorcycles R Us website.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift card account and is not transferable.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you must pay for the balance using another acceptable form of payment.
Motorcycles R Us is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Motorcycles R Us will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed through the Motorcycles R Us website.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel Service.
Motorcycles R Us will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders.
We do not ship outside of Australia without prior arrangement.
