Quickly take advantage of the Queensland Government rebate offered on e-mobility, before the funds dry up.
From 23 September 2024, the State Government launched a limited campaign to encourage individuals to ride e-mobility scooters and e-bikes.
There are many limitations, including a capped amount that once everyone has claimed, there will be no further rebates to apply for.
We've outlined the scheme below so you can act fast. As Motorcycles R Us sells eMTB, we have only focussed on E-Bicycles, not E-Scooters, for example.
ELIGIBILITY
- Brand new only; no second-hand
- Individuals only; no business purchases
- Assistance limit must not exceed 25km/h per regulatory standard
- A maxiumum rated power of 250W where output is progressively reduced from 6km/h to 25km/h, which is the majority of brand-name motors/batteries that are available in stores like ours
- One rebate per customer, maximum of three people per household
- A purchase from a business only that has an ABN (like we do)
- Must be over 18 to apply
HOW TO CLAIM
- Once purchased and paid in full, we will supply you a Tax Invoice showing zero balance
- Log on to the Queensland Government QRIDA website to lodge your claim
