Introducing a peace of mind way to finance your new Ducati.
And to welcome this new way to buy a motorcycle, there are two great offers on selected models.
But first...
WHAT IS GUARANTEED FUTURE VALUE?
Ducati Guaranteed Future Value^ (GFV) is a flexible finance program that allows you to guarantee the minimum future value^ of your Ducati at the time of purchase, giving you peace of mind knowing the value of your motorcycle is secured. Our GFV^ program allows you to plan your riding future, allowing you to start mapping your adventures.
With Ducati GFV^ you can choose an eligible contract term that best suits your requirements from between 12-36 months. The interest rate is fixed for the life of your loan and there are no account keeping fees.
Benefits of a Guaranteed Future Value^:
- Peace of mind knowing the minimum future value^ of your Ducati right from the start.
- A selection of three options at the end of your Ducati GFV^ contract.
- A personally tailored finance solution, based on the term and kilometre usage of your Ducati.
- Upgrade to the latest model more often, enjoying the best of performance, innovation and comfort.
- Choose your Ducati (see below for applicable models).
- Choose your term and an annual kilometre allowance (see below offers).
- At the end of your term, choose one of three options:
-
- Trade In - If you wish to trade in your Ducati for a new one, all you need to do is return it to your preferred Ducati dealer. If the trade-in value is higher than the GFV^ amount, you can use this equity towards your new Ducati.
- Retain - Provided that you meet the relevant payment obligations under your contract, you can purchase your Ducati outright for the GFV^ amount, then your Ducati is yours to keep. Or you can choose to refinance* your GFV^ at the end of the term.
- Return - All you need to do is hand your Ducati back to your preferred Ducati dealer and if it meets the agreed kilometre and fair wear and tear requirements^, you have no further liability.
MAINTAINING YOUR DUCATI
Your new Ducati is an investment in quality, so we understand that you want to maintain it in premium condition. Your Ducati must be in an acceptable condition if you return it to us and must not exceed the kilometre limit. We understand that some reasonable wear and tear is to be expected, but it needs to remain within the provisions set by your Ducati GFV contract. The acceptable condition of the motorcycle takes into account reasonable wear and tear for everyday use, which is outlined in our Fair Wear and Tear Guide.
CONSUMER LOAN TARGET MARKET DETERMINATIONS (LEGAL STUFF)
View Ducati's Target Market Determinations for Financial Products and Consumer Loan. This describes who a product is appropriate for (target market), and any conditions around how the product can be distributed to customers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED THE KILOMETRE LIMIT?
Your Ducati GFV^ agreement has a maximum kilometre allowance which you agreed upon when you signed your contract. Every kilometre over your agreed allowance is charged at 0.66 cents per kilometre and a payment authority needs to be completed for this charge before your motorcycle will be accepted for return.
CAN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND ACCESSORIES BE INCLUDED UNDER THE PROGRAM?
Yes. Accessories and extended warranty are eligible for inclusion on the finance contract. Our Finance & Insurance Manager will be able to provide you with more information.
WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION OF THE MOTORCYCLE?
Please refer to the Ducati Fair Wear and Tear Guide for the guidelines surrounding the motorcycle’s required condition if you choose to return it.
