Shopping for an adventure motorcycle in 2024 offers a saturated market of sensational models to pick from.

Entry low spec but low price models, right up to what we previously enjoyed only in superbikes.  Adventure now doesn't mean a slug that's just for the dirt, in fact, it's such a strong market, it's become the go to for more buyers than street naked and supersports in many instances across all brands.

The ability to travel long distance comfortably, add locked luggage, have weather protection, take a pillion in comfort, and do all of that with the latest technologies such as large colour screens and radar cruise control, yet not miss out on power and torque for speeds that, in Australia, can land you in front of a magistrate and send your ride to bike jail on a tow truck.

Ducati are renowned for sophistication, performance and especially of late, technology.  Browsing the Italian brand's offerings can get confusing really quickly, as some terms across the range are different site-to-site Unlike some brands who offer one model with options to add on (or none), Ducati have multiple variants from the factory, with the ability to add onwards from there with a massive range of accessories.

Chances are you're buying a Ducati because you want a top shelf motorcycle, and that's reflected in sales where upper level models are the better sellers (and hold stronger demand when it's time to trade-in or privately sell).

To clarify the long list of variants on offer, here's a breakdown of the Multistrada range.
